Improvements in reading and confidence
Troy is a fantastic teacher and a true expert who cares deeply about his students. My son has been working with him for a little over a month now. We are already seeing improvements not only in my son's reading speed and accuracy, but in his overall confidence in life and in school! He used to avoid or try to guess long words, and he now tackles them and actually decodes them. We still have a ways to go, but we definitely feel that we are on the right track.
Troy is very approachable and easy to work with. He understands dyslexia at a deep level and is passionate about helping students and parents. He sends me feedback after every lesson and answers all my questions. His videos are super helpful too.
